1. Introduction & Basis of Agreement

Ta99 (https://ta99.click) is an online Sports Betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ta99 and its users.

By using the ta99 website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use ta99's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. ta99 is strictly opposed to gambling by minors.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. ta99 reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.
• As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ta99 reserves the right to verify your national ID or other identity documents.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on ta99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless ta99 approves it under exceptional circumstances.
• If a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are posted for an event, ta99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount.
• If a match or event is cancelled or the result remains undetermined, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• Ta99 reserves the right to suspend any market or event at any time.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) are set individually for each event and market.

If ta99 detects suspicious or unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant bets or account pending investigation. This decision is entirely at ta99's discretion.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on ta99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment rules are mandatory:

• Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit is set by ta99 and is subject to change.
• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If a technical error occurs with a deposit or withdrawal, contact support immediately.
• Ta99 follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies for any suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ta99 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting any of these offers, the following terms will automatically apply:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement. This requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only. Each person is eligible to receive this bonus once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to bet on all sports — certain markets or odds restrictions may apply in some cases.
• Ta99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Abusing multiple accounts or the bonus system will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ta99. If detected, your account may be terminated and funds forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or manipulating the bonus system for unintended gain.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or ta99 staff.

If ta99 suspects any of the above activities, it reserves the right to suspend the account and associated funds pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

Ta99 believes betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a livelihood or source of income. We encourage all users to bet responsibly.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Through the self-exclusion option, you can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• You can take a break from betting for a set period using the cooling-off period feature.
• Opening a ta99 account is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.
• If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, please reach out to our support team.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Ta99 is committed to protecting your personal information. The following policies govern how your data is used:

• Personal information provided at registration is used solely for operating ta99 services.
• User data is never sold to third parties.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Ta99 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• When fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or if false information is found.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed and an applicable balance remains (excluding bonuses), it will be refunded through the designated method — unless forfeited due to fraudulent activity.

10. Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ta99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• Users will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect.
• Notices will be sent via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you will have the option to close your account.
